Dr. Adil is a licensed, Ayurveda practitioner with both clinical and teaching skills. He received his Doctor of Ayurveda degree from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Having chosen this path specifically to offer Ayurvedic treatments in its best original form, Dr Adil offers his expertise for chronic health conditions like Diabetes. Dr. Adil tirelessly sought out opportunities to learn the best practices of ancient and preventive system of Ayurveda medicine from the remotest corner of Kerala, India. In this effort he found that Ayurveda is by far the most effective way to treat serious chronic illness and has dedicated his practice to using this powerful Indian system of holistic medicine. 

Dr. Adil is also the Co- founder of 'Diabetes reversal Clinic" and "Elite Ayurveda Clinic", which are his first steps towards creating a 'Diabetes Free Society'. His unique approach to Diabetes, “Diabetes Reversal Program” that targets to bring down the blood glucose level to normal level within a short period of time from the commencement of treatment through diet and lifestyle corrections. The most shocking aspect of his revolutionary program is that patients completely go medicine free after the treatment. Dr. Adil's practice focuses primarily on Diabetes, however patients visit his clinic for advice on Psoriasis, Obesity, Infertility and Detoxification also. His strengths in his treatment approach lie in his honesty, empathy, and persistence to understand every person as a whole. He prescribes customized medications that will stimulate their body to heal.

Dr. Adil strongly believes that it is very important to recognize the elementary makeup of the patient before treating them. Underlying causes of illness can be determined by conducting a comprehensive interview to gather past, present and family medical histories. He emphasizes treating the whole person, not just the disease. Each individual is unique with differences in their three doshas of the body ie. Vata, Pitta and Kapha, that must be balanced to get rid of the diseases.

He had also trained interns at his clinic to impart the practical aspects of Ayurveda used at treatment. Dr. Adil had participated in formulating Herbal Teas which is used at Vidhana Soudha (Ministry of Karnataka). When he is not treating patients, Dr. Adil loves to travel different places. He promotes Medical tourism and is associated with different Ayurveda Hospitals in Kerala, the land of Ayurveda. He is a member of different networking organizations.

Dr Adil is on the journey to constantly implement the principles of Ayurveda to modern concepts of treatment system. His innovation towards diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions has led him to introduce and embrace Ayurveda as a way of life in the top MNCs in and across Bangalore. He also introduced ten innovative therapies to the Spas, known as ITSC (Indian Tradition Spa Concepts). His vision is to expand his clinic through different branches and franchises in and across Bangalore.
